The SmartPrint offered by Smart Force Technologies SAS is a maskless tool for photolithography.
Bright light passes through a µLCD matrix which is used to selectively block areas according to a digital mask. After passing through the µLCD matrix, the light is focused directly onto a photosensitive resist. Depending on whether or not the UV filter is in place, the resist is exposed to the light passing through the µLCD matrix. No physical mask is needed for this kind of lithography, facilitating rapid and easy prototyping.
A quick release system enables easy exchange of objective lenses. Our SmartPrint is equipped with 0.5x, 1x, 2.5x, 5x and 10x objective lenses, yielding fields of view between 25.6 mm x 14.4 mm with a resolution < 40 µm (0.5x) and 1.35 mm x 0.75 mm with a resolution < 2 µm (10x).
