Use the European Erasmus+ programme or one of our many worldwide partnerships to study one to two semesters abroad. If you plan well, you can even do so without having to study any longer than usual.
Erasmus + study abroad
The Department of Physics at the University of Konstanz maintains Erasmus partnerships with European universities with related disciplines. Dependng on the university, the offer is aimed at students in the Bachelor's or the Master's programme for one or two semesters. In addition to the courses offered, Erasmus+ offers language courses and facilitates the access to cheaper accommodation in student halls. Students also benefit from the waiver of tuition fees at the host university, a monthly grant (up to 450 € depending on the country) and support of organising the stay. You get further information on the Erasmus+ programme at the International Office. Here you can find more information about recognition of academic achievements and how to apply.
Please don't forget the deadline for application: 1 February for study stays in the following year.
Worldwide exchange
You can also take advantage of partnerships with universities around the world, through both the state of Baden-Wüttemberg and the University of Konstanz in order to study abroad.
