As part of the ZEISS Campus Truck Tour, a presentation by ZEISS will take place on two dates,
i.e. there are two opportunities to attend the lecture: This talk explores the sophisticated process
of microchip manufacturing, emphasizing the pioneering Extreme Ultraviolet (EUV) lithography technology.
We'll illustrate how various disciplines like physics, mathematics, and data science contribute to achieving
the precision required in this process. The presentation aims to provide a concise, yet comprehensive
